Rowfant House is a beautiful, 16th century, Grade II* listed manor house situated in the quiet of the Sussex countryside, surrounded by farmland and woodland.

We are conveniently located between Crawley and East Grinstead, around 9 miles from Gatwick Airport.

Set in 22 acres of beautiful, photogenic Capability Brown-style gardens and parkland, with its own lake, Rowfant House is used as a venue by professional groups, charitable organizations and private individuals for a variety of business and social events.

We can offer you a range of function rooms and meeting rooms which can seat between 20 and 80 people at tables.

The Club Bar & Restaurant is available to members and guests. The 40-cover Club Restaurant can provide both a delicious range of lunch-time bar snacks and a full-service dinner service.

Particularly popular at Rowfant House are our pre-bookable Sunday lunches.

Rowfant House is also pleased to host regular social events in our Club Bar and Restaurant and also in our Grounds.

You can find Rowfant House near to Junction 10 of the M23, around 20 miles from London and 30 miles from Brighton. There is extensive car parking available within the grounds of Rowfant House.
